A.    INVOICE FOR BAY DOORS WAS EXACTLY AS QUOTED $4,478 – SDIS GRANT CHECK RECEIVED $750
B.    REQUESTS FOR DEPT PATCHES – VALUED AT $5 – ASKING FOR SASE AT LEAST FOR THOSE WHO REQUEST.

A.    5/4 MED, 5/15 NAT COVER FIRE, 5/16 MED, 5/26 MED/MVA, 6/1 MED, 6/2 LISA ATTENDED FIRE INVESTIGATION TRAINING, 6/3 MVA/GRASS FIRE. 6/17 NAT COVER FIRE, 6/18 MED, 6/23 MED
B.    CADET SOP STILL PENDING – KEVEN HAS THE STATES GUIDELINES ON FILE
C.    FAIR OAKES STILL FLAKING – ALAN DEATON EMAIL AGAIN AND AGAIN – WE KNOW THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT THE TRUCK BACK AND WILL TAKE LESS MONEY TO GET US TO KEEP IT.
D.    ASSISTANT CHIEF POTENTIALLY THAD – THAD IS ALREADY TRAINING OFFICER AND WORKING WITH CADETS ON A FORMAL SAFETY COMMITTEE
E.    KEVIN KEHOE STILL INTERESTED IN 4331 BUT HAS NOT HAD THE CHANCE TO DRIVE OR DISCUSS PARTICULARS WITH HIS BOARD
F.    NEW DOORS INSTALLED – THE OPENERS NEED PLUGS WIRED IN AT CEILING – THAD IS QUALIFIED BUT WHEN CAN HE GET IT DONE?
G.   4360 HAD A PUMP ISSUE THAT WAS RESOLVED WITH MAINTENANCE AND A FREE CARBURETOR INSTALLED BY DFPA
H.    EMR CLASS SCHEDULED AUG –SEPT 4 BODIES, THAD, ISAIH, ISSAC, JASON
I.      JOES TOWING IN RB HAS A SEAT FOR 4390 BLAZER
J.     KEVEN WILLING TO DELIVER TRUCK WATER TO RESIDENTS FOR A DONATION TO THE DEPT IF HE IS AVAILABLE
K.    WANTS TO BUY 4 SETS OF KEVLAR/NOMAX JUMPSUITS FROM PPE FUND – RECEIVED 6 SETS AS A DONATION – ESTIMATED AT $265 EACH

6.     OLD BUSINESS
A.    DRAINAGE PROJECT – THERE IS STILL JUNK IN JESSE CULLETS WAY AND NOW HE IS OUT OF TOWN DOING CAT WORK FOR FIRES
B.    KEVEN NEEDS TO PICK UP OUR NEW OIL TANK ASAP – ALREADY PAID FOR
C.    OFFICE AREA NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP BEFORE THE NEXT BOARD MEETING

7.     NEW BUSINESS –
A.    JENNIFER LANDER – THE CIVILIAN WHO ENDED UP WITH EGG HUNT FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS HAS ASKED FOR THE DEPARTMENTS ASSISTANCE WITH MANAGING THE MONEY. HARD TO GET DONATIONS WITHOUT AN OFFICIAL ORGANIZATION TO BACK IT UP. PHYLLIS MOVED, NEAL 2ND, TRISH IS ON BOARD TO MAKE SURE THE EGG HUNT FUNDS ARE CORRECTLY DOCUMENTED. TRISH WILL DRAFT A LETTER FOR JENNIFER DESIGNATING HER AS THE EVENT COORDINATOR WITH PERMISSION TO SOLICIT DONATIONS. KEVEN GAVE APPROVAL TO STORE PLASTIC EGGS AND OTHER EVENT SUPPLIES IN OUR EXTRA BUILDING.
B.    SEISMIC SURVEY – FEDERAL FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR RETROFITTING OF AT RISK BUILDINGS – COULD RESULT IN A NEW ROOF FOR THE DISTRICT. WAYNE STINSON @ DC PLANNING DEPT IS SENDING NANCY THE INFORMATION TO REVIEW TO SEE IF DCRFD QUALIFIES.
